A blend of 

Aspalatus linearis  (Rooibos)

Pelargonium citrunellum (citrus geranium) Dried

Helianthus annuus (sun flower petals ) Dried

Rooibos tea has added anti-oxidants.

Apart from the wonderful citrus tang and being a great anti-oxidant, the dried Citrus geranium also has strong astringent and antimicrobial qualities, relieves pain and swelling, reduces fever.

Sunflower petals are believed to possess anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties.

The tea blend has Anti-septic and anti-fungal properties.

Use 1 teaspoon of Goedgegewe Tea blend with 400ml of boiling water. Steep - drink warm or cooled - even with a dash of lemon or honey.
